Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyCPAPracticeHub (the "Service"), provided by KG Tax & Accounting Solutions ("KG", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Trial access

The Service is currently in a closed trial. Access is invite-only and may be revoked, suspended, or modified at any time. Trial accounts are intended for evaluation by KG staff and invited clients.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Accounts are personal and not transferable.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have rights to share;
• attempt to access other firms' or other clients' data;
• reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the Service;
• use the Service to send spam, malware, or unsolicited communications.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you upload (your "Customer Data"). You grant KG a limited license to host, process, and display your Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you. We treat Customer Data according to our Privacy Policy.

5. Professional services disclaimer

The Service is a software platform. It does not itself provide legal, tax, accounting, audit, or financial advice. Any professional services rendered by KG to you are governed by your separate engagement letter with KG, not by these Terms.

6. AI features

The Service uses AI models to assist with document parsing, categorization suggestions, drafting, and analytics. AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it, posting it to the ledger, or sharing it with third parties.

7. Fees

During the trial there is no fee for use of the Service. Pricing for general availability will be communicated separately before any charges apply.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information using at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information, and not less than a reasonable degree of care.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. On termination, you may request an export of your Customer Data within 30 days, after which we may delete it from active systems.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. KG's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, during the free trial, is zero).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
